It must be terrible and I experience something like this but it's not tinnitus. When it happens, however, it is like someone is taking a needle and going into my ear and right through my spine. Fantastic illustration and composition with great words to describe this medical condition! You got the perfect photo and a variety of elements to try to describe how it feels!

Me too - mine whistles - I wear a special hearing aid in my left ear and it dulls it down quite a bit - - need one for my right ear as well but have to wait till I've finished paying for this one ???? xx- Great awareness page xx
