This is for the “Up There” challenge! In our very small town where everyone knows each other a husband posted this photo of his wife on a TALL billboard on a pretty busy street for her 60th birthday! People had to look up when driving but it was noticeable! We are pretty sure she did not know this was coming so she is either going to kill him or there is something called payback. This billboard is huge and with it being a busy route through town everybody must have been laughing - except her perhaps.
