You may know this but us Americans have a nationwide restaurant called The Outback which was my husband & my favorite restaurant to go together to. For many years my husband cut back on eating red meat which this restaurant excels at so we only went every once in a while but when I went the last few years with him I found something called "Alice Springs Chicken" & I love it!Have not been in years.
