My Gr(x3)Uncle, The story handed down through the Family is that this photo was taken to commemorate an award he'd received, unfortunately all the info on the photo is 'Uncle Archibald' so I don't know what the award was for even though I've been looking.
I think his wife deserved an award, so far I've found 14 children!!!!
