Showing my childhood place Svedala a small community in the middle of the countryside. Living here from 1948 until 1966 and so I went to England as aupair for two years coming back I did my nurse education and have lived in Lund ever since!!It was a marvellous place to grow up in!!
We had a lot of industries as the brick work, rubber factory and the foundry ( known nowdays as " Sandvik" before my time we even had sugar factory.the railway was connected to four cities, schools, a cinema,sport arena.

OMG Ewa! This is exactly what I was looking for!!! I love how you arranged all of those photos of your hometown. I forgot... we had a foundry & a rubber factory too! And a train that went from city to city so we almost grew up with the same businesses & type of living although in 2 entirely different countries! My maternal grandparents are from Denmark (one of the Scandinavian countries).
