For Mary's challenge. Husband, Barry, used to enjoy making cheese scones (and eating them) and once a year he made pancakes for the whole family. Took him over an hour to cook enough (we miss them). Granddaughter, Milly, loved to cook when she came to visit us, here she is making pikelets. Thank you for leaving comments.

I don't know how I missed this Joce but I am so glad I caught it!!! These are lovely photos and I love how you've blended everything together so everything flows together naturally. I miss my husband's cooking and he pretty much did all the cooking but I do not have any pictures of him doing this. Like others said... wonderful wonderful memories here and a great page for the challenge!!!

I learnt something new today. I had to look up what a "pikelet" was. Discovered its what We call crumpets down here in SA. A great page Joce with many happy memories captured. My hubby doesn't cook at all but once a year he will make fadge which is Irish potatoe bread.
