The last page I did with my new kit got me reminiscing about the years we had the pool in the back garden and I turned out these photos. Jack in the middle bottom photo in blue went on to win a swimming race in the Whanganui river when he was 14 - he beat adults. All my grandchildren are good swimmers. The pool is long gone as they all grew up and didn't need it. Thank you for your lovely comments.

Before my accident (age 15) I was also found in any pool, local pond, river or lake. I could swim underwater in an inground pool from one end to the other without coming up for air so I can very much appreciate what you are trying to convey here in pictures! Ironically, by the time I was 9 yrs old my father took out our "above ground" pool to put in a garden. Anyway, your page is FULL of fun!!!
