About this scrapbook page: |
A Fabergé egg is a jewelled egg created by the House of Fabergé, in St. Petersburg, Imperial Russia. Possibly as many as 69 were created, of which 57 survive today. Virtually all were manufactured under the supervision of Peter Carl Fabergé between 1885 and 1917. I wish this was my collection but it is always something I have been fascinated with and would love to see some of them in real life. I used a kit by GTD to scrap this collection. Thank you for your support. It is always appreciated xxx

I recognized these immediately because when I was growing up (with a paternal history including my Father, Aunts and Uncles) I saw them everywhere. But what we did is painted them by melting wax and making all kinds of designs. Oh how I miss that time! Thank you for bringing forth these Fabergé eggs into a great collection for the challenge!
