I know that I voted for this page as I thought it was wonderful but I guess it needed the word art but better late than never!!! This is one cool OOB page but as I was going to vote in the challenge... I guess you have to take this one down as it does not have the words ~water play~. :-( No matter because I absolutely ADORE this effect in this is a super page using it!
