About this scrapbook page: |
Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand that broadly commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders who have served in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations Observed on 25 April each year, Anzac Day was originally to honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoli during World War I, but honours all who have or are still serving. Stewart was my Grandfathers brother. Thanks for looking in

Something new I learned from the community (and you) here on SBF! Here in the United States we call it "Veterans Day." I have not heard of Anzac Day yet so now I do thanks to you! Great photo of your uncle and fantastic images along with a uniquely designed and wonderful layout!!! Terrific word art and all of your embellishing!!!
