A bit late for the challenge. I tried this for Christmas BUT it was a disaster. I forgot that this is obviously an American recipe and the Oven temp is Fahrenheit we use Centigrade. I think you know what happened - burnt pecans. After the first 15 minutes they were great and that's when I should have stopped ha ha !!!!

Far from this challenge of mine being over Joce! Some challenges are only a week long & this one has been going quite a while with still 6 days left. This recipe sounds great and you scrapped it wonderfully. Thank you so much for joining my challenge and having a fun time making & burning the pecans because of an oversee!!!
