Peter Arthur Firmin is an English artist and puppet maker. He was the founder of Smallfilms, along with Oliver Postgate. Between them they created a number of popular children's TV programmes, The Saga of Noggin the Nog, Ivor the Engine, Clangers, Bagpuss and Pogles' Wood. Born: 11 Dec 1928 · Harwich, England Died: 01 Jul 2018 : Kent Goodbye Mr Firmin. Thank you for all the magic you have left behind.

That is absolutely wonderful that he decided to to give you his autograph and it sounds like he was a wonderful artist & man! Sorry for my late commentary (like with my other apology for your other challenge entry page for this challenge) since I was in the hospital. This is a phenomenal & absolutely wonderful page to formulate say Goodbye to him especially since his passing was not that long ago!

I was lucky enough to get in contact with Mr Firmin. I ask if it was possible to have his autograph. He reply No!. He told me he was getting fed up with people asking for his autograph as it would end up on a certain auction site. I said I understood and thank him for his time. To my surprise I had another message from him saying he would give me his autograph.
