Done because I love Scrap Booking. I searched Google & Bing and I found the "Cheap Chic Toilet paper Wedding Dress Contest" now in its 12th year. This contest is sponsored by Charmin Toilet paper. I liked the dresses so much I made 2 other pages. This is the winner for 2016. The raised lace on the dress is made from "twisted or rolled" toilet paper.
