I most certainly understand that when there have been so many times in so many different situations when, as badly as you don't want to remain silent about something or have to remain silent about something, it's better that you actually DO have to remain silent. Case in point - I have to be careful what I say to my physician so much of the time & forced to remain silent to get what I need.
