My L is for leopard. This is my favourite animal and up until 2 weeks ago I had never seen one in the wild even though we go to nature reserves 5 or 6 times a year where they roam freely. On our last trip to the Kruger National Park, I finally got to see one of these majestic creatures casually strolling along the side of the road before heading back into the bush. It made my year :)
