Yes that's me eating escargots, or snails. On the last day of a European holiday we were in Paris - our companions dared me to try escargots, a French delicacy, so I did. I think I managed to eat 3 of them but that was enough - haha! You can see from Barry's face that he thought I was mad. The snails are a special type not the ones we have in our gardens lol! Thank you for your comments look forward to them.

Good on you Joce. I have had them several times in a French restaurant in Auckland. Tasted like muddy mushroom LOL but I quite liked them. I understand they can be tough if overcooked. Fantastic photo of you both. Oh to be that age again. Fantastic blending and a wonderful page. Thank you so much for creating this for the challenge.
