The past couple of years, my husband has taken me to Deer Lake Cabins in northeast Texas for my birthday weekend, where we stay in this delightful cabin called Honeymoon Hill.

I'm afraid I don't remember where I got the elements and word art -- I collected them back when I started scrapbooking.
