For the OOB Challenge... This was the 4th Annual event for a local battered woman's shelter - most of the moms & kids are actually in hiding from abusive partners actively searching for them, so door-to-door halloween just isn't an option for them. I think the volunteers who decorate their cars have more fun than the kids do! I guess we're all just kids at heart! (The guy in the out-of-bounds pic (top left) is our mayor-he starts planning his car in February, and never does the same thing twice)
