About this scrapbook page: |
Another of my poems, written more than 20 years ago. I am terrified of thunder storms, and we lived on an isolated farm at the time. When storms hit and I found myself alone I would be so afraid. But the day I wrote this poem I realised that storms have a beauty all their own, if we are only brave enough to watch them!

This is a wonderful poem you have written...you pick up a pen and magic happens...I work in a nursing home and we had a res. that was absolutely terrified of electrical/thunder storms...I would love to have been able to read her your poem! She is no longer with us, sadly. Very beautifully written and scrapped!
