Done for Joces Challenge, one photo no flowers.
The photo is my 3x Gr Grand Uncle.
I've only just come across him in my searches, this is actually a photograph of a painting hanging in what I think is a local council Hall in Scotland.
Just from the little I know so far he seems to be quite a scholar and mostly self educated.
(Hence the books and ink well!!)
