Everyone guessed Shirley Temple, and you were right!! I didn't realize that Shirley was that well known throughout the world. And the photo of the 2 girls was taken in the very early 1930s, probably 1930 or 1931. The other girl was not named, so she goes down in history as Unknown Friend of Shirley Temple.
