I remember those 2 radios, still being used in the '30s. And the push button radio was going strong in the '40s. They were easy to fix, take the "tubes" to a corner store that had the tube checker, the store was happy to sell you a new tube. Just remembering how easy things were to get fixed, however, it did cost money. Some times quite a bit for that time period.
