To make this BG I crumpled up a piece of white paper. I scanned this paper.
I downloaded a plain background paper and put my crumpled scanned paper on top. Then I played with blend modes, opacity and filters until I got the effect I wanted. Motif in the corner is by Karen Schultz.
Using this method you can make many different papers by starting with different plain papers and adding a crumpled paper.
