I have a new challenge coming up - about cutting text from a photo. I've put together this tutorial for those that have PSE - I'm sure it can be adapted for other programmes that have layers. The important thing is to save it as a GIF. Sorry the little diagrams aren't very clear - you will have to enlarge. If you have any problems please contact me. Joce.

I am just popping in with a few & far between opportunity to comment view and vote on pages this evening of July 2. This is a wonderful description for those who use Photoshop Editor [which I do not] but I am sure many people will be able to put good use this great way of doing things! Surgery is getting closer & getting scarier without family here & medical mixups. Hope to be back ASAP!

Thank You Joce. Don't use PSE, but many other programs have the capabilities tho instructions may vary. I do this in Photofiltre but my method would be way different. Looking forward to your challenge.
