I did this for the Life in a bubble challenge.
This is another one of Betty's creations, she got third for this stunning outfit, I don't know the name of the model but her hair went so well with the outfit, the tips of her hair are green. The outfit is made out of 80% recycled materials.

I used PSE 11 to put this togehter.
Kit used is called Sail in the sun, sorry I can't read who created, every time I tried to enlarge it got unreadable, but will try to find out.
