This page is kind of a tribute to myself and the fact that having suffered from depression for most of my life, I can honestly say that except for extremely rare days, I have overcome it. So this is a page to remember where I came from, and how far I've come since then. :)

I know we all have rare days of being depressed. But to not have to live in a constant, prolonged state of depression is a real gift. All the best to you ....
