This is a lovely picture but the colors are off. The picture is too washed out. It is "over processed". I would adjust the brightness of the picture and tweak the shadows and highlights.

Additionally, the elements feel like they are floating. A page always seems better if the elements are anchored to something. Think about a real scrapbook. You wouldn't just lay a ribbon down, you would staple it or tape it or add a button or something.

This is beautiful 10p. But since this is the critic me challenge I would say that the ribbon at the bottom flows a bit. I would leave it or put it all the way from the left to right, so it seams connected to the photo

What a lovely photo! for the critique me challange; I would keep just one of the ribbons and make the text stand out more. Maybe make the text a bit larger and put it in the bottom right corner. For it to contrast to the watery background you would have to change the color, white might work.
