Did this page for Autism Awareness challenge. When I saw the challenge it gave me the idea to scrap Doug. He came to us as a one on one aide and the principle asked if he could do the job. We said we would try and we'd teach him what to do. He's been great. He gives me a HUG everyday before leaving which is rare for Autistic kids as well as adults:) He is a high functioning Autism. Great guy:)
