Our highest mountain, Mt Cook. Maori name Aoraki. We were lucky to go up in a helicopter and land on a glacier near the summit - that's us bottom left - you can just see the helicopter behind us - it was a once in a life time experience. Thank you for your comments.

What a thrilling site!! And you and your husband were able to stand on a very high part of the Mountain. Be proud of that moment. I lived for over a year in Colorado Springs, Colorado, just a very few miles from Pike's Peak mountain and Never went up it! I have regretted it ever since.
