I had to do this page for 'Veggie Craze'! Not many people realize that dandelion is used for its flower, stem and root. (medicinal and edible:) But...I live in the part of the country that doesn't have them growing wild...so I can say how cute they are:):)

I must admit I did not know that and I love your recipe!!! This page is so bright and beautiful and, since then, I have learned that so many supplements are either plants or foods we would never recognize as being good for you or for one thing or another. Marshmallow root is a supplement supposedly it it is used for bladder pain.
