This is my new baby niece, Faith Lynn. She was born 10 weeks early,on April 3, weighing in at 2lbs. 14oz. and 14in long. She is such a precious little angel. I havn't met her yet, but today when I got these pictures my sister sent me, I cried. It is so sad seeing someone so small have so many tubes and wires comming out of her. But my sis says she is doing very good, she no longer has the tubes and she will be sending me more pics soon!

By the time I saw your niece's pics was feeling constantly, that I have to write to U. The last kick was when I read she was born almost same day as my son a year before her birth.(Zalán was premmy 2 born 2/04/2006 at 26th week of gestation with 990 gramms,had bothsided IVH,got a shunt now,his right side is still weaker compared to his left, but progressing every day)My heart goes out 4 her!!!

This is so sweet, I think it is amazing what modern medicine means to the servival of these prem babies. My son was only 3 1/2 weeks early and that was scary enough. Hope she is still doing well and I look forward to seeing more pages featuring her.

We had a show here in Australia called Saving Babies and it had all the little premmies on, those needing operations etc, its amazing what such a tiny little body and soul can actually take.
