For the Family Traditions challenge. We started this blessing ritual with our first pregancy, we each put a hand over my belly and cite this blessing three times. We invision a full term healthy baby in our arms and release that energy through our hands and into my womb. We have now taken it to all family members who become pregnant and it has been a wonderful experience to share with our family.
