AFTER A STORM COMES A CALM>
For Beryl's challenge,
My background photo is of a pier and a lighthouse in Guernsey with storm waves breaking over it.
My effects are a filter - dry brush with controls altered. Also a bit of brush work.
Top photo is the same pier on a calm sunny morning.
