Done for challenge.
These pics were taken on a Central Qld holiday we had quite a few years ago.
The Tree of Knowledge was a monument to a group of workers unhappy with their conditions in 1891 and formed a group which later became known as the Australian Labor Party.
Unfortunately the tree was vandalised in 2006 and destroyed. A new monument has taken its place

Could do with some of that Queensland weather right now LOL. The rain has just started again and the temperatures have dropped. Fantastic background photo Beryl and love your other photos showing special places you have visited. Fabulous memory page and I love the shadowing which makes the photos stand out.
