My page is about Inner peace. Inner peace is a higher level of an life experience within ourselves, which we all one point or another long for. Easy said than done, I know. No matter what we going through...one little change made by ourselves, can make the biggest changes in our life's. Inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow another person or event to control your emotions.

Definitely easier said then done but always good to remember and I thank you for such a great page as a reminder! Ever since my husband's passing 4 years ago I began having "Psychogenic Epileptic Seizures" which are brought on by the loss of a loved one, stress, exhaustion & words said by others. No matter how hard I try to control them they happen but your words of advice are helpful indeed!
