Perfect background and embellishments to bring out the story of your uncle Arthur. Fantastic embellishing and a wonderfully framed photo of him in his naval suit. Looks very much like my father's. My father made it through World War II but his mind did not. He was a terrible alcoholic and me and my 3 siblings and my mother were the subjects of his illness. Governments make wars and keep us in wars
