Out of the 89 challenge entries, 89 were entitled to this award, but since only one can have this icon on their homepage, one is what I had to choose. After viewing each entry many, many times, I have chosen Mike’s (alias SBF Mike1956) scrap titled “Under the Sea” to receive the COC Award. I chose Mike’s scrap because it represents every one of us….we all have dreams for ourselves and the one’s we love. Sometimes our dreams never become a reality, but they’re our dreams never the less!
