About this scrapbook page:
The Tasmanian Tiger was found on mainland australia but probably hunted or killed off by Aboriginal people or Dingo's so by the time Europeans settled in Australia it was restricted to Tasmania. May Australians have seen a film clip of the last tasmanian tiger in Hobart Zoo in the late 1930's. It is carniverous and settlers killed it of for attacking sheep.

These are certainly interesting! They are so sleek and slender, yet tall and long. Add the fact that they are/were marsupials!-Just incredible!-LadyLaura
