I've always loved reading & since I was very young I thought that I would one day write a book. A few years ago I started, its through the memories of the main character - an elderly lady, goes back to her childhood in Scotland meeting her Husband, their family and her life in Australia. All characters were based on our ancestors and the bits and pieces I've discovered. It took over a year and ended up 728 pages long -just for our Family but I did it!!!!

Wow 728 pages - well done Beryl quite an achievement. I've written my life's story for the children but no where near that many pages. Fabulous page.
