My 2nd page for Joce's bridge challenge.
This bridge is a foot bridge and part of a walkway at New Plymouth. It was made wide enough to take an ambulance if needed.
I think it is aesthetically very beautiful and a lot of care was taken in it's design to tread softly over the land to honour the dead.
I love the way you can see the mountain when looking up the centre of the bridge. It is a fairly new bridge completed in 2010.
