Ireland is one of the places I equate with peace and serenity. There is an ancient peacefulness that you can feel as soon as you set foot on Irish soil. I took my Mom and her friend Peggy there and we had such a good time. Even when we were in a hurry, it didn't feel like we were. We stayed in this cottage at left - admittedly a tourist version of the one on the background - and our nearest neighbors were the mules.
