Scrapped for I Love Ice Cream challenge by ValRushton. I have diabetes so ice cream is a no-no for me, but my fur-babies love ice cream. The recipe is really simple and I try to make them a treat once a week. This is a summertime treat, because it does get a little messy in the house.
