Scrapped for Over and Under challenge by MaryWonder. This is such a fun idea for a birthday cake and I plan on making one for Gabriel for his sixteenth birthday, he’ll love it. It’s a two layer cake, with the top layer being a balloon with a layer of icing, decorations, and candles over the top of the balloon. When the cake is cut, the balloon pops, and the icing flies all over the birthday person.
