For the over and under challenge.
This is a scene from Guernsey - photo taken by Guernsey photographer. It is one of the Martello Towers around the coast of the Island. This one is called by the Islanders - The Cup and Saucer and is a coastal museum.
I then used Funny.ph.oto.com to get the under water effect and added the different elements and the breaking waves.

This is fantastic Joce. Those breaking waves look as though they were meant to be there. I can see why they call it the cup & saucer. What a fascinating building. Love your underwater scene with the frogs LOL. Fabulous fun page & thank you so much for creating this for my challenge
