For Val's Fairies 2 challenge. During her walk, Harriet has wandered into a woodland dell & sits upon an old tree stump fashioned into a seat.She feels weary & rests awhile with her book. A kindly ladybird lends her his wings, as a cushion for her back.Her parasol falls to the ground as she drifts drowsily into sleep hearing, as if from a distance, the hum of insects & the singing of exotic birds...
