Made this for the poem challenge. Although everything said in this poem is true, we as South Africans can still have a laugh about it all :-)
Our Afrikaans speaking people especially like to make jokes about the "worries" of our country, which makes life easier to handle and to keep positive!! xxx

I certainly agree with you and Maggie because it is not much better here in America! When my husband and I lived in southern Arizona I drove through some of the neighborhoods closer to the Mexico border... we drove through many neighborhoods where there were bars on the walls! never in my life did I think I would see something like that. Terrific words and nicely embellished for this challenge!!!
