My heart is breaking and the tears will not stop. I feel like my head is going to explode. My stomach is in knots and I can't eat. I feel like a part of me died and I don't know what to do.

I can feel your pain from here (literally) although not exactly the same of course. I often wonder why the sweetest, most loving animals have the shortest life spans. Something we will never know but, in my humble opinion, extremely unfair no matter what. I know everyone's different, but if you're like me take comfort in the thought that all this - all this pain and emptiness you're feeling now - was worth it.
