This is for the SPLIT THE BACKGROUND challenge! Thank you so very much for your kind words, views and votes! I truly love her more than life itself! She is the most perceptive and understanding (almost reading my mind at every turn) canine that I have ever had. My husband and I adopted her in November of 2009 and she is truly my best friend. My husband took many photos of her but I see this one was taken almost exactly a year before his passing.
