This is one of my favourite layouts that you have done. I just gave you 10 points (both on the layout and in the challenge). But it deserves more! :-) I love the colour scheme, it gives such a mood of peacefulness which matches the photo so perfectly. I love the repetition on the title, the overlay border and flourishes, and even the sticky tape on the corners of the photo. Beautiful! :-)

Beautiful page - I love the colours and it reminds me of my sisters "field of dreams" 3 years ago it was just grass, now it is a vinyard with a few cows and sheep and an awesome house! It will be fantastic when that dream becomes your dream house!
