OK some of you asked for this. I am going to do a series of pages about NZ and keep to Susan's lovely style which I love. Good place to start is home. This is the river that runs right through our town. We live on the East and most of the town is on the West so we have to cross the bridge, that I am standing on to take this photo, many times. Milly is there with a small yacht used on a school trip NOT on the river though.. Thanks for visiting hope you enjoy.

I wondered how I missed this wonderful page but now I see. It was in August 2012 - just a couple of months after my husband's unexpected passing and me being in shock. I am visiting your page now since this is the example you gave for your current challenge (now July 2017) for The Natural World -- Rivers. For 35 years of my life or longer I grew up right next to a river also. FANTASTIC LO!!!!!
